A lifelong Maryland resident, Bob Goodier has been a builder/developer for over 30 years. His building company, Goodier Builders Inc. has built over 1,300 homes in a variety of Maryland areas, including Columbia, Baltimore County, Prince Georges County and Frederick County.
As a Land Developer his communities include Walnut Grove, Walnut Creek and Meriwether in Howard County and The Heritage in Calvert County. In addition to numerous past recognition, Bob has also won the 2012 Lifetime Achievement award from HBAM recognizing his contributions to the industry and to the HBAM in particular. In 2011 Bob was awarded Developer of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Maryland for "design and planning sensitive to surrounding properties, nature and the environment."
The 2011 President of the Home Builders Association of Maryland, Bob has also served as President of Certified Master Builders and President of the Board of Governors of Baltimore Country Club. Other community involvement includes Hospice of Howard County, Voices for Children and serving on the Real Estate Committee of East Baltimore Development Inc.(EBDI) Bob and Isabel have been married for 34 years and reside in Baltimore County.
